Real Estate Agent
Angela Triplett’s career began in media as Angela Chase. In 2020, Angela decided to hang up her headphones and pursue her passion for real estate. Angela’s work ethic and drive contributed to her fifteen-year tenure as a radio host for many stations in DFW including 97.1 The Eagle, 102.1 The Edge, and 100.3 Jack FM. A talented writer, Angela also produced and wrote the local portions of the Sixx Sense with Nikki Sixx while at The Eagle. Additionally, she was the lead afternoon traffic anchor for news stations KRLD in DFW and WABC in New York.

Often referred to as the hardest working woman in radio, Angela’s determination shines through in her other endeavors as well. She graduated cum laude, a semester early, from the University of North Texas with a B.A. in English Literature and minors in French and Psychology. In 2007, she earned a position on the Dallas Stars Ice Girls squad despite growing up in Weatherford, where icy ponds are scarce, and learning to skate only weeks before try-outs. She was also named one of DFW’s “Top 30 Under 30” in 2011 by the Dallas Observer.

Always enthusiastic about real estate, Angela developed a deep love of older homes and their architecture while living in Munger Place Historic District. She knew real estate would become her career when she and her husband, Andrew, who owns and operates Rain Man Irrigation and Landscape Lighting, purchased their 1931 Tudor in the Lakewood area in 2016 and immediately began interior and exterior renovations. With Rain Man at her fingertips, Angela is able to offer exceptional service to beautify a home in preparation for sale or to assist with sprinkler and lawn related inspections prior to purchase.

Angela is an avid animal lover, who used her influence in radio to advocate for homeless and abused animals. She partnered with the SPCA of Texas and Legacy Humane Society to feature dogs and cats available for adoption with great success. She now volunteers for Recycled Pomeranians and Schipperke’s Rescue. Angela is also a member of the Jane Douglas Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Dallas Arboretum. She lives with her husband, Andrew, their three dogs, Luke, Lulu, and Zane, and two cats, Kim and KG.
