Melanie Miko Davis has been a resident of Fort Worth since 1987. Recognizing that the Fort Worth – Dallas area offers the best of Texas with world class arts, education, sports and entertainment, she found it the perfect place to raise her family. She and her husband, Jack, currently reside on Fort Worth’s westside.
She has been a REALTOR® since 2011 and is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Historic Home Specialist (HHS), and a Preferred Real Estate Professional with the Veterans Land Board (VLB).
Melanie’s real estate approach is designed specifically to reach her clients’ distinctive goals. She doesn’t have a one-size-fits-all real-estate formula. Her highest priority is client satisfaction.
In addition to using the latest technologies and proven methods, she has an established network, and hasn’t forgotten the power of a phone call to find the right buyer for a home or the best property for her client’s next chapter.
Melanie’s marketing experience has spanned decades and includes seven years in real estate print and online advertising with a prominent local media syndicate.
With a high devotion to community and service, Melanie has contributed to local events and charities. These include the American Heart Association Heart Walk, Trinity Habitat for Humanity, Catholic Charities, Presbyterian Night Shelter, Fort Worth Public Library, Day Resource Center, Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, Meals on Wheels, and more.
