Real Estate Agent
A native of Graham, Texas, the small-town feel of Fort Worth made Courtney Hess feel immediately at home upon moving to Cowtown four years ago.

After graduating from the University of Texas, Courtney spent five years in politics, working on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, and as the Grassroots Director for Comptroller Susan Combs in Austin. When she landed in Fort Worth, she traded politics for non-profits and took a position as the senior development officer with the Child Study Center, where she was behind a $10 million fundraising push.

Courtney's love for developing relationships combined with a passion for home and design made real estate a natural transition for her. Courtney uses her sharp eye to help clients envision the potential in many of Fort Worth's historic homes, including in her own neighborhood of Arlington Heights.

Although she no longer works for a non-profit, Courtney generously dedicates her time to many worthy causes. She serves on the Advanced Team of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center and is actively involved with the Child Study Center, Cook Children's Medical Center and American Cancer Society Cowtown Ball Committee.

Courtney's spare time is spent with her husband and Flat-Coated Retriever, Bauer, waterskiing on Possum Kingdom Lake, and hunting and fishing at her family's farmhouse in East Texas.
