Valentina Perez was born and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas, which sits on the Rio Grande River near Coahuila, Mexico. For Valentina growing up in a border town gave her the ability to be bilingual and the opportunity to be immersed in two different cultures.
Valentina grew up with her father working for the Texas Department of Agriculture for over twenty-five years and running cattle on the family’s ranch in Mexico. She moved to Stephenville in 2015 to pursue a degree in agriculture. Valentina graduated from Tarleton State University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Services and Development.
After graduating, she began working in the dairy industry in a human resources position. Although she has a passion for that business, she was ready to grow her career-which led her to real estate. Valentina wanted the freedom to develop her own path and the opportunity to set big goals while being able to help people.
Valentina is a self-motivated realtor who is comfortable in the residential market and with her background in agriculture is equally qualified to represent buyers and sellers of ranch properties. Being able to collaborate closely with her clients to make their property her priority is what Valentina enjoys the most.
In Valentina’s free time, she enjoys working out, DIY home projects, all things outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
