Patty Lynch Smith
Growing up in Kansas City, Missouri, Patty Lynch Smith learned mid-western values, including her family definition of hard work, “There is no traffic jam on the extra mile.” She attended the University of Missouri-Columbia graduating with a double major in Journalism and Child Development. After graduation, Patty moved to Dallas for a career in advertising with Tracy Locke and The Richards Group. The ad agency industry taught her to evaluate media and creative contributions and win business by delivering excellent client service.
With a foundation in advertising and marketing, Patty pursued interests and employment in publishing, interior design, home renovation, house flipping, garden design, entertaining, food, flowers, staging, and styling. Her diverse skill set provides a 360-degree perspective for successful real estate sales.
Buyer/Seller: Rationally and emotionally, Patty understands the thrills and challenges of buying and selling a home. She has moved twenty-two times in adulthood. She is experienced in down-sizing, upsizing, smart sizing in Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Greenwich, Connecticut, St. Petersburg, Florida, and London.
