Pamela Martin began her real estate career in Miami, Florida during the high growth era of the early nineties. She was a sales associate for the acclaimed Fortune International Realty brokerage known for their Brickell Avenue and Key Biscayne projects. In 1996, Pamela became a team player with DACRA Realty and Development, a firm associated with the renaissance of South Beach. Pamela worked in programming and promotions for Post Newsweek’s ABC affiliate station WPLG in Miami during this time as well.
From Miami, Pamela and her husband moved to New York City where she worked as an advertising planner associate with Blair Television in Manhattan. She obtained her New York license and joined the Julia B Fee Sotheby’s International team in Scarsdale, New York in 1998.
Some years later Pamela and her husband returned to her native Texas (Pam is a 5th generation Texan) to raise their two daughters. In 2007, Pam became the chairwoman of a global think tank, The Luxury Marketing Council, where she served six years as Texas Chairwoman.
Active in various charities, Pamela served on the events committee for CASA of Collin County for four years. She also helped to raise funds and chaired several galas. She was instrumental in obtaining the real estate property that became the headquarters for CASA of Collin County via a private donor. Pamela is an advocate of the SPCA and an active supporter of North Texas Food Bank.
