Lisa Cole specializes in urban real estate with an emphasis on modern and contemporary homes. Although stylistically very different, both types of homes appeal to her because of their clean lines and decluttered open spaces.
Originally from Wichita, Kansas, Cole moved with her family to sunny Palm Springs and grew up around “desert modernism,” the style for which the resort town is known. Lisa has real estate in her blood. Her father was a commercial developer who focused on architecture and design, while her mother was an interior decorator. From a very young age, Cole has been surrounded by properties and new construction in Las Vegas, Palm Springs and Phoenix.
“I grew up around entrepreneurs, real estate and creativity. I cannot imagine doing anything other than listing and selling homes and I am very glad that I have the opportunity to do what I love in Dallas which is a dynamic market,” says Lisa.
Although not originally from Texas, she is a Texan at heart. “I love the energy of Dallas. It’s a cosmopolitan city full of free thinkers and creative spirit. When Dallas sets its mind to something, consider it done.”
The same can be said for Cole. After investing in her own commercial and residential projects for over ten years, Lisa decided to get her real estate license and sell residential real estate full time. She worked with a small boutique real estate company in East Dallas before deciding to join Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty.
Lisa is a people pleaser with the goal to provide her clients with personalized service. “People are looking for an expert, someone who listens and can match them with their dream home,” says Cole.
