Growing up in Garland, Texas, Jennifer Coley spent most of her life outdoors, helping and working on her grandparent’s ranch. While raising cattle and producing hay, her grandmother taught her the value of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Jennifer has continuously used these early lessons throughout her life. While raising her family, Jennifer turned her passion for horses into a thriving business. She acquired land south of Dallas where she designed and built an equestrian center for others to enjoy as well. It was through this hands-on process that she gained an enormous amount of knowledge about the day-to-day operations of a ranch. She intimately knows the amount of work involved with any agricultural endeavor.
Jennifer also enjoys hunting and fishing and has valuable experience in wildlife management, food plot design, and waterfowl management practices. In addition, Jennifer has a background in design which is an asset to her clients when evaluating the unique features of any ranch property. Along with her extensive knowledge of farm and ranch properties, Jennifer manages all marketing and photography for Watkins Ranch Group properties.
Jennifer attended Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos and currently lives in Highland Park. She is a devoted mother of four children, one a Razorback and one an Aggie, and understands the importance of introducing our youth to the outdoors.
