Christina Warden is a full-time Realtor and has consistently exceeded goals, closing 20 transactions within her first 18 months as an agent. She provides insight and knowledge of the market to clients in Fort Worth, Aledo, Willow Park, and surrounding areas. Christina has integrity and a strong work ethic, is easily accessible to clients, and provides personalized service to each individual. The excitement of buying or selling a home is evident when working with Christina as she guides clients through the process in what is, for many, the biggest investment in their net worth portfolio. She is a member of several professional organizations, including the Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

“When people ask me why I started selling real estate, I have to answer that it’s in my blood. My grandfather was a custom homebuilder in Arlington for many years, and my mom enjoyed taking the family on tours of new homes - everything from average price points to luxury dream homes. She later bought and sold properties locally, which allowed me to see and learn about the investment side of real estate. My parents instilled an entrepreneurial spirit in me, and real estate is an amazing vehicle to allow me to provide for my family, while giving me the honor of being involved in what is usually the most important transaction in someone’s life-finding a home.”

Christina was educated at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she studied architecture, design, and photography, and obtained a fine arts degree in 2009. Her artistic eye is an asset to her clients as she provides advice on staging and presentation and can easily recognize potential in properties for sale. She worked as a landman for Quicksilver Oil & Gas for four years, which exposed her to large-scale land acquisition deals. She draws wisdom from her experience in contract negotiations and title research and applies it to her current role as a client’s representative. This exposure to land law and ownership rights surely influenced her decision to pursue a career in real estate.

Growing up in Arlington and Fort Worth, Christina moved to Willow Park in 2009 to enjoy “country life” a mere 20 minutes from Fort Worth. She has a deep-rooted love for Texas and the culture Fort Worth provides but also enjoys the quiet surroundings found in the outlying communities. She excels in selling homes for maximum value and is willing to commute to find the perfect home in the perfect location for her buyer clients.

Here is what some past clients have said about Christina:

“Our experience working with Christina Warden was wonderful! She came to the listing presentation on time and prepared with a sound marketing strategy and impressive documentation to support her pricing recommendation. Ultimately, her prediction that we would see multiple offers within a week’s time proved accurate and the offer was in line with her suggested sales price. She made herself available throughout the contract process and assisted with repair negotiations, resulting in a successful and on-time closing. What more could we ask for?” -Evan and Rainne B.

“Christina was an excellent source to me because I literally came into buying a house knowing nothing - I was a first time buyer. Whenever I had a question or a concern she was always very fast with either responding or finding the answer. What I liked most about her was her sincerity. When we would walk through a home, she would look at it too as if it was her home she was buying, always voicing her concerns. I would highly recommend her to anyone.” -Meagan C.

“Incredibly easy to work with. We were being relocated to the DFW area from Houston so we thought it would be difficult to find a home. Christina made the process very easy and gave us lots of options.” -Elizabeth C.
