Chris Fox brings a uniquely diverse background to real estate. His experience in marketing, photography, interior design and account management makes him ideally suited to help buyers and sellers with every transaction.
Chris graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2007 with a BFA in Visual Communications. After working at a design agency, Chris joined the Boy Scouts of America, working in program management, fundraising and volunteer recruitment. He developed relationships across North Texas, including Richardson, Dallas, Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Addison and Allen. That vast knowledge of cities and neighborhoods and their school districts gives him crucial insights for his real estate clients. Chris has also worked in the commercial-furniture industry, where he managed large-scale projects with multiple timelines and budgets. He also worked with a variety of vendors to get valuable exposure within the interior design community.
In Chris’ free time, he serves on nonprofit boards and at local homeless shelters. He also volunteers for camps, and creates and administers young-adult groups for his church. He has used his passion for change with the City of Dallas, too. He was instrumental in the passing of the May 2019 law that mandates baby-changing stations in all bathrooms — regardless of gender — in new or renovated restaurants, theaters, stores and city buildings. His successful multi-month crusade gained much media attention. It was an example of Chris’ inherent determination to get things done, despite red tape and roadblocks. This successful venture was featured in the Lakewood Advocate, Dallas Observer, NBC5 News and the Dallas Morning News.
Chris loves all that North Texas has to offer, having moved to the area in 2002 from East Texas. Previously, he lived in Austin and Corsicana in Texas, and in Kentucky and Maryland. He calls Lakewood in East Dallas his home, enjoying the 75214 experience with his son, Hampton, and his wife, Bessie, who owns Studio B Dance and Performing Arts, a studio in Lakewood.... Less
