A native of Austin, Texas, Britt Rhodes has been a resident of East Dallas for the past 17 years and is proud to say she has more than a decade of Dallas real estate experience. She is a graduate of UT Dallas with an Advertising and Graphic Arts and Design Degree. Before real estate, Britt worked with Love, Hope, Strength, a non-profit organization, for cancer research and fundraising. Britt has a passion for people and being a part of LHS ignited her strong desire to help others leading her to the world of real estate. She began with a development and project management firm. There she was able to immerse herself in the Dallas real estate market and gain the experience and knowledge needed to be an educated and marketable agent by excelling in contract negotiation, learning about new construction, and gaining an intimate knowledge of all facets of the Dallas real estate market. Britt has been named one of the Best Residential Real Estate Agents in Dallas by D Magazine for two years running (2016-2018). She is a Lakewood Advocate East Dallas Top Agent and a Lakewood Advocate Fierce 5 Female in East Dallas.
She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why she is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for everyone, regardless of price point. She takes great pride in the relationships that are built and works relentlessly to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
Outside of real estate she is a supportive wife, a dedicated mommy, loves to cook, has a profound love for travel, interior design, indie music, and East Dallas! Britt and her family spend a significant amount of time as well in their home in Breckenridge, CO.
Britt's mission statement is simple: She continually strives to make sure that she can change and influence people’s lives for the better…by connecting them with beautiful and inspiring spaces.
