A graduate of Highland Park High School, Leeca brings forth a deep rooted understanding of Dallas neighborhoods. In 1974 she journeyed to New York City where she earned a degree in Visual Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. Coupled with a knack for visual presentation, and sharp negotiation skills, she eventually founded several design companies in both New York City, and her native hometown of Dallas. After raising her two children in the Park Cities, Leeca embarked on a career in residential real estate, and has been using her keen design eye and business savvy ever since.
By tailoring services to suit individual client needs, she creates a personalized experience unlike any other in the industry. Regardless of price point or location, Leeca prides herself on being a hands-on agent that gets the job done. “My biggest joy is when I get my clients their dream home for a great price or they sell their property for the best and highest price. I always try my best for a smooth and easy closing,” Leeca explains. You may have seen Leeca on Good Morning Texas, D Magazine, or Candy’s Dirt, talking about how important it is to stage homes in this market, due to high expectations.
Active with the All Saints Church of Dallas and board member of the Dallas Arthritis Foundation, Leeca is engrained in the very fibers that make this city so special. She and husband Jay Peeples - who declare they are still newlyweds and always will be - share a love of screenwriting, tennis, gardening, and most importantly, taking part in the cheerful activities surrounding White Rock Lake. If you are seeking an artful experience in buying or selling your home, call Leeca - you’ll find she’s not only your trusted confidant in Dallas real estate, but oftentimes a lifelong friend.
