As a savvy real estate professional who understands the lifestyle and investment needs of a broad client base, Deborah Arnold is uniquely positioned to assist homebuyers and sellers in finding their perfect home.

After graduating from Texas Tech, Deborah started her sales career with Xerox Corporation where she underwent the best sales training in the country and was a top producer each year for five years.

Soon, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to spend 15 years at the helm of her own residential interior design business, where she gained invaluable knowledge and experience in staging homes for a discerning market. In 1990 she became a licensed real estate agent with one of Houston’s leading property marketing services where she worked for more than 20 years and was a consistent top producer.

In 1995 Deborah moved with her family to University Park and began working in on-site sales for high rise condominium developments. She helped direct and lead on-site sales for prestigious properties including The W Dallas Hotel and Residences, The Bonaventure, The Mayfair, 2011 Cedar Springs and 1999 McKinney. She also served as director of on-site sales at The Plaza Turtle Creek, The Stoneleigh Residences and The Residences at Hotel Palomar.

Her tremendous success, and the lure of high-rise condo lifestyle, led Deborah to move to a vertical home in the Uptown neighborhood. She now wants to help her extensive data base of clients to sell their homes and find new homes for their next phase of life, as well as concentrate in the closer in neighborhoods of Dallas.

For more than 20 years, Deborah has excelled at every aspect of the residential real estate industry, from working with buyers to identify the perfect residence, contractor and investment property to developing effective marketing and advertising materials that help sellers realize positive returns on investment. She knows, and lives, the people, the properties and the culture of Dallas’ vibrant urban neighborhoods.

Deborah is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and a member of Give Back Homes, a division of Habitat for Humanity. She completed GDAR Leadership program in 1996-97 and is a member of Metrotex Association of Realtors, Texas Real Estate Association, and National Association of Realtors, as well as a member of the Turtle Creek Association, Friends of Katy Trail and the Dallas Museum of Art.
