Since 2005, Faisal has consistently been recognized for surpassing his clients' expectations. Whether offering a traditional home in one of Dallas’ premier neighborhoods, a contemporary townhome in Uptown, or a breathtaking penthouse overlooking the Arts District, Faisal has time and again prepared, marketed, and seamlessly closed the finest residences in Dallas.

Given the prestigious assignment of coordinating residential sales efforts for the celebrated One Arts Plaza development, Faisal delivered with a complete sell-through of this iconic property. In addition to One Arts Plaza, Faisal also successfully sold out Normandy Place Residences in Highland Park, as well as The Grand at Turtle Creek.

Faisal attributes much of his success to referrals from his remarkable clients. He has been recognized as one of Dallas’s Best Realtors in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 by D Magazine. In 2015, Faisal achieved the highest residential sale, highest condominium sale, and the highest residential lot sale in Dallas County.

With a degree in building construction from the University of Florida, and extensive experience with builders and developers, Faisal has an innate understanding of all aspects of creating refined living spaces--from concept to finish out. In addition, his past career as a Business Analyst and Corporate Sales Manager for Continental Airlines, working with numerous Fortune 500 companies, has given him a wealth of knowledge and the analytical tools needed to negotiate successful contracts.

Faisal now leads The Faisal Halum Group, a powerhouse of industry expertise including Lera Lee and Bill Churchill.

Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts, Giveback Homes, North Texas Food Bank, UNICEF, and DFW Rescue Me. In addition to expanding his network of contacts within the Dallas philanthropic and art community, Faisal enjoys spending time with his English bulldog, Gator.
