Together Jeff Watson and Cheryl Staley are providing professional real estate and marketing services primarily in Westlake, Vaquero and Northeast Tarrant County.

Jeff Watson knows and advises executives, individuals and families relocating to the vibrant communities that make up Northeast Tarrant County. He regularly attends Westlake town council meetings and school board meetings at Westlake Academy where he is member of the Foundation Board, a fundraising entity for the school.

Having worked with luxury home, golf course and other premier neighborhoods for the past 20 years, Jeff is an expert in the luxury lifestyle. He has spent the last six years in Westlake with a concentration in Vaquero and the surrounding area.

Cheryl Staley has been in the high-end golf community industry for the past 16 years. In 2001, she was part of the opening team for the Vaquero Club and was involved in the development of the service standards that have made it an award-winning golf community. She then moved into the sales and marketing division of the Club as the membership, marketing and events director, and has spent the past three years partnered with Jeff to market the unique properties in Vaquero.

Jeff and Cheryl have teamed up to bring more than 35 years of specialized experience using a personal approach to find the perfect home or homesite for those looking in Westlake, Vaquero and Northeast Tarrant County.
