Mary Perry was born and in raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Vanderbilt University and, shortly after graduating, she moved to Fort Worth in 1982 where she spent 25 years selling homes in the area.
She is a licensed real estate broker and has owned two private real estate companies. Mary realizes that a house sale is much more than a completed sales transaction. For a buyer and a seller, it is often an emotional and life changing event and can be overwhelming and stressful. Even the decision of whether to move and where to move can be difficult.
Her goal is to create a process that is informative and satisfying. For a buyer, that means access to every possibility - sometimes before a home goes on the market - and making the house hunting process an enjoyable experience. For the seller, it means keeping the customer informed of the market strategy on a regular basis until the home is sold and the transaction closed.
Mary is the mother of three fabulous children, all of whom attended Fort Worth Country Day School. She is a member of the Rivercrest Country Club, plays as much tennis as time allows, and loves to play duplicate bridge. She has been active in the Fort Worth Symphony, Jewel Charity Ball and has volunteered as a docent at the Modern Art Museum. She is looking forward to even more community involvement once she is settled into her new home. After an eight-year retirement in Houston, she is glad to be back in Fort Worth where she hopes to enjoy many more successful years selling homes and her new association with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty....
