Whether I’m working multiple offers generated by a unique, multi-million dollar mansion in Old Highland Park, navigating through the onerous homeowner association covenants for a small, aging East Dallas condominium for a client’s mother, or procuring 800 acres not on the market on the Brazos for an investor – I’m on it. Boundary disputes involving metes and bounds on Lake Athens, getting up in the middle of the night to fax responses to a doctor who had moved to Australia, acting as a subcontractor for an out-of-state client who wanted remodeling done on his penthouse before he moved in are examples of the challenges I’ve met.
