Lawrence Cantwell

Lawrence Cantwell is a graduate of the Southern Methodist University, where, as a recognized and award winning student, he received a B.A. in Business Administration with a major in Real Estate.

Before joining the firm of Briggs-Freeman in 1991, Lawrence served as the Assistant Vice President and Trust Officer at the North Carolina National Bank, Texas (NCNB). As their Senior Property Manager and as Southland Corporation's Real Estate Representative before then, Lawrence excelled in the real estate field even before becoming a Realtor.

Lawrence is a member of several affiliations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Greater Dallas Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Lawrence is most familiar with the areas in which Briggs-Freeman specializes. These areas include Preston Hollow, Devonshire, Greenway Parks, and the Park Cities.

Throughout his career service and attention to detail have always been a priority for Lawrence. The combination of his extensive knowledge of the negotiating process, financing, construction and remodeling provides his clients with the utmost professionalism in a real estate agent and a multi-million dollar producer.
