Pete’s first real estate transaction was with Ben Briggs, a founding father of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. And ever since experiencing that first thrill of a job well done, Pete has been known for his tenacity and creativity when forging a transaction.
“My approach has always been very positive,” says Pete, a native of Dallas who has watched the local industry grow and change for more than 30 years. “I enjoy the challenge of making a transaction happen.”
Pete began his real estate career as a broker with a vision for building and remodeling both homes and apartments. Through the years he has become a skilled communicator and an expert in preferred Dallas neighborhoods including Highland Park, University Park, Bluffview and Preston Hollow.
He joined wife Susie, a multi-million dollar producer, in 2002. Together, Susie and Pete Ryan have forged their individual passions, knowledge and expertise to form a successful personal and professional relationship with their clients, many of whom have had multiple transactions with the team. Their commitment to the industry is evidenced in their continued achievements as top producers at the firm.
When he is not consulting with clients, Pete will likely be seen on the golf course or helping the St. Michael & All Angels community as co-chair of the “Heart of Giving” campaign and Honduras mission volunteer. He also enjoys tutoring young students at O. M. Roberts School in South Dallas, where he has been a volunteer and mentor for several years.
