Having lived in Dallas for 30 years and raised two children here, Carol knows the neighborhoods and schools well. She and her husband are active members of the Dallas business arena and local community, having served in volunteer leadership positions on multiple boards including the Junior League of Dallas, Administrative Vice President; PTA President, Highland Park ISD; President of Victims' Outreach, President of Big Brothers and Sisters; the Salesmanship Club; and the Byron Nelson Golf Classic.

Years of experience give Carol an insider's knowledge of the various areas of Dallas, realistic guidelines for determining current value and for resale, and a membership in the Premier Producers, a networking group of selective agents from several companies in the marketplace. Carol maintains strong professional ties with the various entities that play a vital role in creating a smooth transaction, such as mortgage brokers, title companies, inspectors, appraisers and repair services.
