As son of Dallas real estate legend Ellen Terry, Todd has spent a lifetime learning the family business. During their partnership from 1997 to 2003, they personally closed over $300,000,000 in transactions with sales ranging from $300,000 to $22,000,000. Since 2004, Todd has worked independently of Ellen although he continues to collaborate with her.
Todd believes that clear and consistent communication is the key to a successful real estate transaction. “Listening to the clients’ needs is paramount,” he says. “By having a clear understanding of my clients’ wishes and dreams I’m able to streamline the process and keep stress to a minimum.”
With over 15 years of experience representing buyers and sellers throughout the Metroplex, Todd is passionate about helping clients find the perfect home and neighborhood to fit their specific needs.
Todd is a member of The Realtor Alliance, a real estate forum focused on continuing education and bringing exceptional service to clients. He is also active in the local film and television industry. Not surprisingly, each career has served as teacher for the other, helping to give him balance between both his creative and business side.
Todd has been married for 15 years to his best friend, Anna, and has two sons.
