From previous careers in financial services, insurance and an automobile franchise dealership, I bring a wealth of practical, common sense solutions to my role as an Associate with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty. The local network of agents and the world-wide network of Sotheby’s brokerages allow me to locate homes in the Dallas areas and in other locales while marketing Dallas area homes very successfully. My passion for excellence and genuine enjoyment of working to achieve the best results, coupled with seasoned negotiating skills enable me to navigate the complexities involved with buying and selling a home.
Prior to joining Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s , various careers created the building blocks for a well-rounded perspective and in my role as a Realtor. From banking and project management I bring organization, communication and customer service excellence. Confidentiality and follow through are also skills I utilize for client transactions. All these ensure each aspect of a transaction carries the correct degree of importance, stays on schedule and progresses to closing.
Entrepreneurial insight came through ownership of a franchise automobile dealership and motivates me to deliver a successful experience to my clients. With my tenacity and ability to think outside the box, I bring total focus to each step of the process. I also enjoy a partnership with Shell Stegall, who is a seasoned negotiator with the creative skills to assess a property for inherent value and long-term investment.
Having grown up in Dallas, I enjoy its many unique neighborhoods - each with characteristics that are waiting to be explored. The challenge of making the transaction journey a unique and satisfying experience for buyers and sellers is my greatest motivation.
