Brad Thurman

After a successful background in marketing, financial analysis and strategic planning, Brad Thurman realized that his true passion was something instilled in him by his grandfather: real estate. In 2004 he started his own home building company, CR Thurman Homes, which specialized in lake homes around the Cedar Creek Lake area. While building lake homes, Brad gained a vast amount of knowledge about not only what people are looking for in a lake house but also the many attributes of the different area lakes, such as Cedar Creek Lake, Richland Chambers, Cypress Springs, Lake Athens, and Lake Palastine. He is specializing in lake homes today, but he is also very familiar with the Park Cities, Plano, and Richardson Heights areas as well.

Brad grew up in Bartlesville Oklahoma and graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Marketing and Finance. After graduation, he moved to Dallas and became a financial planner with Financial Innovations, where he was involved in various aspects of marketing, financial analysis, and strategic planning for the company. Brad uses all of these well honed skills to better serve his real estate clients today – whether they are buying a lakeside second home or a primary family dwelling.
