WHAT I BRING TO YOU

Exquisitely honed people skills, integral market knowledge, and a tremendous desire to help people find their “spot.” These skills work together to provide you with everything you need in real estate, whether buying or selling. I take great pride in my ability to truly listen to clients’ needs. That, combined with my market knowledge, allows me to match each client with options quickly so as to meet their goals. My real estate partner, Tessa Mosteller, and I work together to cover every base at all times.

From chairing a multimillion dollar school district fundraiser, to steering a non-profit as vice chair of the Board of Directors, to overseeing a $38 million church renovation/addition as a member of the building committee, I commit fully to each project until the successful finished product. This trait is perfect for each real estate transaction. From listing, to marketing, to negotiating, to closing, to follow-up – I am passionate about each stage. You will find me tenacious, and I will leave no stone unturned to find your buyer or perfect house!

BACKGROUND THAT WORKS FOR YOU

• Psychology Degree from Rhodes College, Memphis, Tennessee

• Began my career in Dallas in 1990 in sales, training, and management

• Selected as “Trainer of the Year” out of 40 trainers

• Quickly promoted to management, because of the ability to build relationships, resolve conflict, and raise business standards

• Upon retiring to raise my boy/girl twins, my husband and I began a homebuilding business serving Preston Hollow and Park Cities. In business since 1998, we converted a passion for homebuilding and customer service into a thriving business.

• Active civic duty in the community: co-chair of Mad for Plaid for Highland Park Independent School District, served on the HPISD Demographic Studies Committee, as well as various PTA Leadership positions.

• Instrumental in the creation of Heroes for Children – a non-profit organization that provides financial and social assistance to families of children with cancer. Past vice chair of the Board of Directors and currently serving on the Board of Directors

• Helped to steer the $38 million renovation/addition of Highland Park United Methodist Church as a member of the 10-person building committee
