WHAT I BRING TO YOU

From my background in teaching, I learned that the same approach doesn’t work for each person or each scenario. More than ever in this market, I adapt to changing conditions and tailor marketing for each seller and searches for each buyer.

For example, for one buyer I found the perfect home that wasn’t on the market, and for one seller who tried to sell for months with another broker, I target-marketed to quickly find the perfect buyer. By following the latest market trends, networking in the community, and really listening to my clients, I work to find the path that best suits my clients’ goals.

• Born and raised in Dallas and chose to return to this wonderful community to raise my own family

• Spent countless hours at building sites and open houses with my architect mother when I was grow ing up, which really helps me understand design principles and possibilities for each home

• Masters degrees in Art History and Media Studies contribute to my understanding of architecture and marketing

• Have lived in Park Cities, Sparkman Club, Turtle Creek, East Dallas, and North Oak Cliff, and have family and friends in neighborhoods all over Dallas – I am intimately familiar with many different areas of the city

• Have been a committed community volunteer for numerous organizations and agencies throught Dallas
