Nancy Holloway

In her first four years as part of Claire Dewar’s dynamic Top Producing team, Nancy Holloway helped the group achieve Top Producer status four years in a row and successfully close $100 million in property sales in some of Dallas’ most notable neighborhoods—the latest accomplishment for this success driven people-connector.

Nancy developed her passion for customer service at retail icon Neiman Marcus, where she quickly achieved Top Producer status and was a member of the exclusive President’s Club. She then converted her sales acumen to the real estate industry, where she topped $40 million in pre-sales at a popular Arts District high rise.

Nancy has lived and worked in Dallas for more than 30 years and has deep roots in the neighborhoods, schools and organizations that make up this vibrant community. She is a longtime resident of Greenway Parks and is on the Board of the Greenway Parks Homeowners Association. Nancy has also been an active volunteer at The Episcopal School of Dallas, The Nature Conservancy, Friends of the Katy Trail and the Museum of Contemporary Art. She is a married mother of two, avid tennis player, a lover of the great outdoors and a longtime member of St. Michael All Angels Church.
