Bill Churchill

Bill Churchill specializes in upscale historic and architecturally significant homes in the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Kessler Park, Lakewood, Bluffview, Oak Lawn and Turtle Creek. A natural in the industry, Bill was a multi-million dollar producer in his first year of residential real estate and was named an “Up and Comer” in D Magazine’s 2004 annual Realtor issue. Passionate and committed to preserving Dallas’ finest historic properties, Bill is certified as an advanced historic house specialist by Preservation Dallas and also is a junior associate of the Dallas Museum of Art. Bill also represented Preservation Dallas as an Advisory Board Member to the Forward Dallas! Comprehensive Plan.

Raised in Dallas, Bill graduated from Cistercian Preparatory School and went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and his MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University. While earning his master’s, Bill interned with the Trammell Crow Company where he assisted commercial real estate clients and performed financial analysis . He currently resides in Dallas with his wife and daughter.
