• I was a rookie top producer out of the shoot, featured in Dallas Business Journal as one of the "Magnificent Eight." I was an “Up & Comer” in D Magazine just three years into selling real estate.

• Within three months of having been licensed, I was given the title of Top Producer with my first real estate office – an elite team in Dallas.

• Have been on the D best Realtor® list for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009.

RESULTS

• One couple tried to find a home on their own but continued to come back to me. Even after they put a home under contract, I called them on vacation and told them I felt I had found them a better fit and wanted to write an offer to secure they get it. Receiving multiple offers, the seller did not want to take the offer, because they knew my buyer had not seen the home. I presented to the seller the reasons why I knew they would make the right choice by signing my contract, and I got the house sight unseen for my buyer.

• Through persistence and marketing, I received multiple offers on a home on Overhill while in the framing stage. Even when I had an offer in Title Company, I still presented the property and had a back up that actually closed the deal after six months of listing. Final sale: $4.5 million.
