Kim McAuliffe Price
As a former business owner and marketing specialist, and long-time licensed and practicing real estate broker, Kim McAuliffe Price’s clients can expect nothing less than the most thorough approach to business and first-class personal service.
“It’s all about listening, and treating each client like they are your only client,” says Kim. “The method is simple—whether you’re negotiating the sale of a multimillion dollar home or developing brands for a Fortune 500 company, it all boils down to simply listening.”
Prior to joining Briggs-Freeman Real Estate Brokerage, Kim was president of The McAuliffe Group, a strategic marketing company founded by Kim in 1992. Having spent 10 years running a business that specialized in generating creative solutions for high-end brands ranging from The Staubach Company and Wyndham Resorts & Hotels to The Park Place Dealership Group, Kim has developed a repertoire of experience pinpointing individualized answers for her clients.
And she can do the same for you.
“Having been raised in an entrepreneurial household, I was taught at an early age that the key to success lies in the satisfaction and happiness of your client. Happy clients come back. Many of my client relationships span 20 years.”
Kim earned her real estate license after she graduated from the University of Texas in 1978 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, and has been a practicing licensed broker ever since. But, her knowledge of real estate was established well before then.
“I was brought up in real estate … My mother founded and ran a successful residential real estate company in Houston.”
After graduation, Kim exercised her flair for creativity and her passion for homes as an independent general contractor and home decorator, while at the same time, modeled for the Kim Dawson Agency for several years. Then, in 1992, she founded The McAuliffe Group.
“Even when my work was focused on my marketing company, I never abandoned real estate,” says Ms. McAuliffe, who has bought and remodeled scores of showcase and executive homes throughout her 25-year professional career. “And my creative skills have been particularly beneficial in helping clients see the potential beauty of a home.”
Kim’s diverse background has resulted in a vast network of loyal clients and contacts who trust her with their home buying and selling needs. Having lived in Dallas for 25 years, she is also deeply rooted in several nonprofit organizations including the Women’s Guild of United Cerebral Palsy, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and Christ the King Catholic Church. And, she continues to polish her skills through continuing education courses at Southern Methodist University.
