Gretchen Cowden Brasch, a third generation Dallas native, is a graduate of Highland Park High School and The University of Texas at Austin. Gretchen began selling Real Estate in 1990 and quickly distinguished herself by earning Briggs Freeman’s Rookie of the Year Award.
While specializing in the Park Cities and surrounding areas, Gretchen admits that her favorite part of the business is helping buyers find just the right house by snooping around for properties that are not currently on the market. “For me, it’s like working a puzzle and there’s nothing more satisfying than finding just the right piece.”
An innate sense of value, constant attention to detail, and the highest level of customer service have resulted in Gretchen’s extremely impressive record of client referrals and repeat business.
Gretchen lives in Greenway Parks with her husband, Reiner, and their two daughters. She enjoys teaching confirmation classes at Saint Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church, serving on the Altar Guild at the Episcopal School of Dallas, traveling, working in her yard, and spending time with family and friends, most of whom are also her real estate clients.
